Customer Information Display
The customer information display makes it easy for customers to follow their transactions with real-time pricing information and product images. Display image and video advertisements to increase sales using multiple layout options such as horizontal, vertical, reversed or full to fit on any screen.
Customize the look and feel with background images to promote your brand. Change advertisements real-time for terminals without restarting your application. Terminals will automatically display full screen pricing information if no advertisements are found.
Document Scan Queue
Scan, store and recall single or multi page documents from your application at any time using your desktop- or all-in-one scanner. Document Scan Queue supports any TWAIN compatible scanner and with its user friendly touch screen interface, you can pan and rotate documents to display the highest quality and the best possible view.
Synchronous Message Display
Place documents in a queue and use the synchronous message display module to conveniently call patients to the counter when their document is processed. The synchronous message display allows patients without documents to be added to the queue with messages to ensure the best possible service.
Electronic Document Signature
Customers can sign documents from any touch screen enabled mobile device or PC using a HTML5 Browser or the built-in signing capabilities of Precision Client. Link Mode allows each terminal to use a dedicated touch enabled device to capture hand-drawn signatures, while Generic Mode enables multiple terminals to use the same touch enabled device for signing. Signatures are automatically placed into the PDF document with a configurable size to provide seamless integration for all applications.
